Hi thank you for the post about elderflower cordial...years ago but nevertheless so useful and easy. I was wondering if you had got around to making any successful elderberry wine? And the recipe for it please? I will try the facebook page that you posted but it looks like a lot from USA use it and I would like easy NewZealand ingredients. Many thanks.

Hi Naomi, no I havent made Elderberry wine, would love to give it a go one day.  Elderflower champagne was a hit though.  Thanks for you comment. Jx
